I grew up in Cape Town, in a loving family, but was always an anxious and ultra sensitive child, constantly searching for answers to understand myself and life. My emotions were often in turmoil. I had no self confidence, took everything personally, felt completely inadequate like I never belonged. After suffering with deep depression at the age of 19, I was diagnosed with bi-polar.
 

My Spiritual Journey started almost 22 years ago when I discovered Life Alignment. After my first session and a lifetime of searching for a therapy that could help me, I knew I had finally found the right support to understand and shift my issues.
 

In 2006 I became a practitioner. The more I opened myself up over the years to being a channel for healing, the stronger my gift became. I now integrate Life Alignment with intuitive energy work and counselling. My personal life experiences and diverse challenges along the way, allow me to understand and support my clients on their journey, relating to them in a very deep compassionate way. I feel honored, blessed and passionate about the work I do. It is a very humbling experience to facilitate my clients' transformation.
